Product Information and Pricing

bagshub Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If an error appears in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to correct that error and to cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; bagshub Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by bagshub Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. All content appearing on bagshub Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "bagshub Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to bagshub Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bagshub Store content without our express written permission. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of bagshub Store's services shall first be submitted to bagshub Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

bagshub Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
